- 2 cups cashew
- 2 cups of water
- 1/ 4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 tbs miso paste
- Soak cashews for 5 min in boiling water, drain and rinse.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
