Cashew Cheese recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashew
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/ 4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes to taste
  • 2 tbs miso paste

 

Directions

  1. Soak cashews for 5 min in boiling water, drain and rinse.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
